The handbook comprises 12 principles of information management; guidelines and case studies based on current practice; benchmarking and self-assessment tools to identify your service’s information management needs; as well as top tips to help you improve your service.
Physiotherapy Pathway Improvement Tool – The aim of this of this tool is to help physiotherapy services to redesign pathways to improve access for patients, including meeting 18 weeks for patients on consultant-led pathways. This tool consolidates available information in a user friendly format that signposts services to improve their performance in practice and includes a number of helpful case studies.
