Access Programme
The Access Programme is an interactive and facilitated approach which helps clinical teams to find practical ways of improving access to services. To date it has been very successful in helping many organisations to take a fresh look at the way they provide services by working closely with clinicians and other support staff in making changes through a process of Review, Analysis and Re-design.
The broad stages of work involve the following steps.
News
When I look back at how we described the Adult Service at the beginning of the Service Review, it is barely recognisable as the same Service we now work within, such is the impact of Service Redesign. Would we go back to our previous way of working? Absolutely not!
